Those other Modules are operating fine; its the DME (Transmitting/ Sending Module) that is at issue. For there to be "Communication" with a particular Module, such as the DME, TWO things are needed: 1) Power Supply to the Module (keep that thought ;-) 2) Bus Communication ... The DME is the top (closest to the firewall) module I believe.

Unplug the harnesses and presto, your DME is free. Your EWS is located underneath your steering wheel on the left hand side.
